CLIENT: Incatops, a leading Peruvian company in the production of natural yarns (Alpaca, Guanaco, Vicuna, etc.).


CHALLENGE: Create a contemporary image, an organized collection, and coordinated communication.

SOLUTION: We created a clear and structured collection, developed a coordinated image, and designed trade show booths that reflected a strong contemporary Peruvian identity. This approach led to powerful corporate storytelling, strengthening communication and marketing, and supporting sales.

SOLUTION: We created THE WOOL LAB, an inspirational tool positioning Woolmark as a global authority in the wool industry, anticipating trends and creating new applications.

OUTCOME:

  • Woolmark now influences diverse markets, from sportswear to interior design.

  • The Wool Lab has become a reference for brands and manufacturers worldwide, redefining the value of wool in every season and strengthening Woolmark’s position as a global authority.

sateri

A visual and sustainable ecosystem

CLIENT: Sateri, the world’s largest producer of viscose.


CHALLENGE: Promote the use of viscose globally with a focus on sustainability, to expand Sateri’s presence in the Chinese market and later on a global scale.


SOLUTION: Development of the “I LOVE VISCOSE” project, with collections and product presentations made from Sateri’s viscose. We designed booths inspired by a greenhouse, symbolizing balance and connection with nature. Collaborative moodboards featuring products like yarns, fabrics, and finished garments engaged clients and brands, transforming viscose into a versatile and desirable material.

OUTCOME:

  • In recent years, Sateri has become the most appreciated sustainable viscose producer in China and worldwide.

  • The “greenhouse” storytelling concept has redefined the company’s image in global showrooms.

IPEKYOL

Redefining identity and synergy

CLIENT: Ipekyol Group, one of the leading fashion groups in Turkey.


CHALLENGE: Rethink the layout of the IPEKYOL and TWIST brands, improving their identity and competitiveness, and implement a collection system that respects production capabilities and market trends.


SOLUTION:
Redesign of the logo and visual communication for the TWIST brand, and redefinition of the layout for the IPEKYOL brand.
Creation of a seasonal release system integrating trends, seasonality, and production capabilities. Implementation of visual merchandising strategies to enhance the in-store experience.

OUTCOME:
The new system allowed Ipekyol Group to strengthen its identity and become a reference point in the Turkish and international markets. The joint venture with the Miroglio Group, already a partner of Riccardo Rami Studio, further consolidated the brand’s position.

Spring'85

Redefining identity and harmony

CLIENT: Spring ‘85, a manufacturer specialized in buttons for jeans and metal press fasteners for clothing. CHALLENGE: Expand the company’s focus beyond the heritage of jeans buttons, introducing collections that blend creativity and modernity, and transform its visual identity with coordinated communication aligned with current trends.

SOLUTION:

  • Creation of seasonal collections showcasing buttons as true works of art, highlighting their uniqueness and design through high-impact visual content (photos, videos, interviews).

  •  
    Launch of Spring Lab, a research and development laboratory promoting internal cohesion and innovation, merging old and new generations of the company.

  • Revision of the coordinated image and corporate narrative, highlighting Spring ‘85’s ability to combine tradition and modernity.

OUTCOME:
The renewed image of Spring ‘85 strengthened the brand’s perception both internally and externally, supporting the company’s natural growth and positioning it as a leader in high-end metal button design.

CLIENT: Vardhman, the largest vertically integrated cotton producer in India.

CHALLENGE: Shift the company’s focus from pure technicality to creativity, developing innovative collections that attract a more contemporary, design-oriented market.

SOLUTION:

  • Creation of a trial collection to demonstrate the added value of our creative support, convincing a initially skeptical client.

  • Introduction of a structured and stimulating collection system, transforming Vardhman into a proactive producer capable of anticipating market needs.

OUTCOME:
The collaboration, lasting 6 years, led to a significant increase in product appreciation and sales, solidifying Vardhman’s position in the global textile sector.

Revitalizing a global giant

CLIENT: Luthai, a global leader in shirt fabric production.


CHALLENGE: Overcome a technical image and highlight the company’s creativity through concrete and inspirational proposals.


SOLUTION: Created a thematic system based on specific products and techniques to organize and promote fabric and shirt collections, giving each product personality through themes, materials, and colors..
