Loft #01 is conceived as an open architectural condition rather than a defined typology. A compact and concentrated urban refuge, designed to hold rather than expand.

Industrial traces are preserved through minimal intervention. Colored concrete floors, whitened beams, glass and steel compose an essential architectural score. Furnishings act as counterpoints, revealing the power of the space rather than decorating it. Two stone bathrooms — Pietraserena and Travertine — mark the intimate core, where material becomes ritual.
Brutalism becomes silent and refined. Structure, matter and light define an interior condition where density replaces dispersion, and containment becomes a form of protection.
Loft #01 is not defined by use.
It is defined by inner structure.
